Zen Wall a premium eco-friendly alternative to paint
Kuching: Also known as Zen Wall, Japanese Wall interior and exterior series are a premium eco-friendly alternative to paint, wallpaper, stucco, and other plastering finishes for walls and ceilings.
Zen Wall Exterior can also e used for bollards, fence, planterboxes, and retaining walls, said a company press statement recently.
Bound with a specially formulated resin and bonding emulsion, Zen Wall is a product made of recycled stone chips, color ceramics, natural sand, diatomite earth and clay which are baked under a temperature as high as 800 degree Celsius to achieve its long life durability.
Application is easy and clean to handle. Most importantly, it is lightweight and can be applied on almost all building surfaces such as drywalls, MDF boards, and cement walls.
There are more than 300 colors to choose from and the exterior series include an anti-mildew spray coating which comes with a 20 year product warranty.
Zen Wall is an original product directly exported from Japan by Mabolo Niche Corporation, an active member of US Green Building Council and AHE Group. The positive properties and characteristics of Zen Wall also contribute to LEED credits (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
According to the managing director of AHE Group, Andy Kho, Zen Wall is very actively promoted in the Russian Federation and has been showcased at the Industrial Exhibition, which took place in Kazan City, Republic of Tatarstan on the Volgar River.
AHE also conducts continuous workshops within the construction sector to train certified Zen Wall applicators. In addition to promotional efforts in St Petersburg and Moscow, Russia, AHE Kuching has established network in Iran and the UAE as platforms to penetrate markets in West Asia.
Current projects in progress include Shemshak Ski Resort in Tehran and a hypermarket building for Ajman Government, which in total covers more than 10,000m2 of Zen Wall for the external and interior walls.
